They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Dr Joel was very good. I am going to go back to him.
