I went to Dr Kaplan in extreme pain, both lower back and neck. This had been a problem for quite some time. After my first visit I finally had relief from the worst of the pain. I saw improvements with each successive visit. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan. God has truly blessed her with a healing power.

Dr. Kaplan is a very caring Dr who goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. They are a wonderful office and they truly cares. Just make sure you don't wear any fragrances to the office! They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
