After a huge storm here and me attempting to lift tree limbs I had no business lifting at my age or being female - I found myself doubled over in pain in my lower back. My first guess after a few days of suffering, was to visit my local massage therapist which only helped minorly. I run a business and my physical health is imperative to the operation of our company. After encouragement from a client to see a chiropractor, I sought out Dave who is local to my business. Best thing I ever did for my overall health and injury! My first visit - I talked with him in detail about my overall health, nutrition, and aches and pains. Frankly, I avoid any medical people like the plague. Dave gave me suggestions that were so on the mark. Dave took time to listen to my fears and concerns about my health. He is one of the most genuine, truly caring, considerate and warming professionals out of the medical world I have ever met in my 55 years. I have gone back now for 3-4 visits. When I first came to see him - I was terrified I had permanently hurt my back. I could barely walk without pain. It hurt to sit, stand, walk and climb the stairs. Even sleeping left me no relief. Today - I sat driving pain-free for the first time in a month. I even ran on my treadmill for the first time in years! Where had he been. My nutrition is better. I feel healthier and actually 10 years younger. He explained about food sensitivities and inflamation. He told me everything he was doing in advance and kept checking my pain threshold. He is truly amazing so much so I am having my adult daughter see him for back and leg pain that after 4 months in physio has yet to solve. Should you go to see him? OH YES! I wish I had 10 years ago. I could have avoided many nights of pain in my lower back dealing with massage people rather than a skilled professional as Dave. Since I do physical labor - this specialist is on my speed dial. I can not thank him enought. I never write reviews but for this professional - I will take the time as he has given his all to get me well. Thanks.
