I was never explained my treatment method before my adjustment was performed. They never told me what they would be doing to me. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. I was definitely numb when I left my appointment. It made me nervous that something had gone wrong.
