I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
