I was charged for services I never received on my second visit (xrays, elec stim, new patient charges) and my insurance company approved and paid dr gandee. I called them 4 times over a month and a half requesting that they submit a corrected claim. Tonya in billing acknowledged the mistakes but each time I call back to ask her to submit a corrected claim she has a new excuse. This has costed me too much time already and it is still not resolved. I will never go back and I strongly urge anyone considering dr gandee to look elsewhere. his services also didn't help my back pain... not even temporarily
