Like others my wife and I have had nothing but issues with their billing department and we have solid insurance with a blue chip company. I cannot imagine what others must go through.

In our experience they did not call to remind of an appointment, but quickly tacked on additional fees. When calling they are tactless, rude, and outright obnoxious.

Find an equally experienced doctor with a better staff as this staff is not one you want to interact with.
