I bought a groupon for 3 massages and sadly never got a chance to use them. The office staff including the manager are not only rude but extremely unprofessional. It takes up to 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. I explained to them my situation, how I was in and out of hospitals and having to book so far out in advance was an inconvenience to me because I kept having to reschedule. On two different occasions I missed my appointment because of these inconveniences in my life and simply forgetting. When I called I was told i was no-show, however never did I get a phone call confirming my appointment or even asking if I was going to make it to my appointment. I was told it was my job to remember and to put a reminder on my phone. Not only was this her response but she also said it with a snarky tone. I'm in and out of doctors offices on a weekly basis and they all call to confirm and if I'm running 5 minutes late some of them call to see if everything is ok. All that wouldn't bother me as much if they were a little more professional. They made it seem like they were giving me free massages like if I wasn't a paying customer. Again, on another occasion I called to say I was running 5 minutes late because of all the road work going on and I'm told it will cut into my time because their is paper work that needs to be done. Will the the paper work cut into my time as well? Is it really an hour massage? I'm lost. It saddens me I had to let this deal go but the hassle of trying to schedule an appointment and dealing with rude and unprofessionall of staff just wasn't worth it. I worked at doctor's office for many years before my illness and I never treated any patients in that manor. I also called them to confirm their appoinments every night. After all, the patients are what keep an office running.
