I have been seeing Dr. Demarest on and off for about 7 years now. I don't see him continually because his focus is to get me better and keep me better so I don't need to come back. He treats me for whatever pain I'm feeling, helps me not only to feel better, but shows me how to keep it from happening again. Then, the next time I injure my self, I'm back to him again. Again, he treats me, heals me, and weans me off his care by showing me exercises to strengthen my back/neck and prevent the injury from reoccurring. Unfortunately, I don't always keep up with the exercises like I should, but that's my fault.
In addition, he's a very caring person, questions me about anything relevant to my injury/conditon, always listens to exactly what I have to say, and takes great care and concern in treating me. He's also just a genuinely nice guy. Plus, he's been very flexible with his schedule when I've needed him to be.

I have never been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Most importantly, the therapy was very effective both for carpal tunnel and treatment after a car accident.
