The wait was absolutely ridiculous. They consistently dismiss my concerns. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The receptionist is incredibly rude and seems to care more about herself.
