I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I felt better than I have in years when I left. I couldn't believe the difference they were able to make. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I have seen Dr Conrad since 1998, he and his staff have always taken good care of me and keeps me pain free without medication.
