They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
