I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
