Dr. Ross is always spot-on about what is bothering me. I have never been misdiagnosed by this chiropractor; she is an expert at what she does. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were able to answer all my questions. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. The equipment they used during my adjustment seemed very current and safe. You could tell everything was well taken care of. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me.
