Run, away from this place it is a mill for taking advantage of people on Badgercare. We were there for 2 hours and never got treated; 45minutes just to fill out paperwork and an hour of having my children talked to like dogs needing to be trained and talking down to me as well. My children and I all felt disrespected. There was such HUGE push for x-rays to be done and done on a regular basis. They showed me the receptionist's child's x-rays to show how he had scoliosis, I then asked is this his way of telling my children have scoliosis too? He said, of course they do, I thought you would have known that. Interesting that their pediatrician and former chiropractor (who we have returned to) never mentioned that. When I directed him to speak directly to my 13yr old that he was evaluating he must have said at least 3 times, "I don't want to offend anyone, but this is what I do." My son was trying to tell him how he knows that the treatment works without relying on the x-rays, but by feeling the improvements and seeing for himself (obviously by the other doctor). They even wanted me to sign waivers for my children regarding media, but claimed it was only for sending out birthday cards. I will be checking to make sure they do not bill my insurance for things they did not do.

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
