I have received counseling services several times with Pauline for major upsets in my life. I found her to be extremely helpful. Every session I would come away with something new. She has an excellent way of honing in on things which are red flags. She helps you to feel the emotions you need to feel in order to heal. She also tunes into the physical side of what you are feeling at the time and uses that as a tell sign. I would highly recommend Pauline to any individual who is hurting or needs understanding to life's problems. She will take you there. It might seem slow at first, but she will guide you step by step. Trust me, she knows what she is doing!
