They need to show up on time for my appointments more often. Spending all that time waiting for them to show up gets very frustrating. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. There was no staff in the office and didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. She was not knowledgeable and caused more problems with my situation than she helped. We have had to seek another therapist for damage control.
