This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. They kept loosing the medical records. They offered services and never followed through. Appt. were very spaced out wait times were very long, and we showed up for our scheduled appt and they didn't have use down. Even though we had a appt card they still wouldn't see us.
