During my appointments, their attention is always completely on me. They always listen very intently, and have never done anything to make me feel like they weren't paying attention or didn't care. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They didn't leave me unattended once during my consultation, which I really appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
