Have worked with Ms. Walker off and on for over 23 years on variety of life, health, and family issues. I have always found her to be an attentive, respectful, and ethical therapist, graciously accommodating my hearing and mobility difficulties as well. She is resourceful and creative in finding possible solutions, explanations, and actions for me to consider as she guides me to better mental health rather than directing me to take specific steps in a particular order ... an approach I much prefer and have benefited from immeasurably. The cost varies according to what limits my insurance provides, which change from year to year. Therapy can be painful and embarrassing sometimes, and make one feel quite vulnerable, but her patience and compassion make it easier to trust her with sensitive personal feelings. She not only listens, she hears between the lines you might say. I appreciate her sense of humor also. I highly recommend her as a therapist / counselor.
