During my appointments, their attention is always completely on me. They always listen very intently, and have never done anything to make me feel like they weren't paying attention or didn't care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I found parking right away at their office, and it was right next to the entrance. I usually have to leave early to find parking at other offices I've visited but not here.
