I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already started telling everyone I know about them. I had such a fantastic experience, and I'll never go anywhere else.
