T.T.I Training in Total Ignorance. T.T.I. Over medicate most clients, and when they disagree they are labeled as a threat and locked up in either a Psych facility or jail. They also steal some of their clients money. Mostly the ones they are payees for in SSI or SSD. Case managers are very over worked and made to do more than their job description, and threatened if they don't do as told. TTI also leaves many homeless and blames the clients for such.
