This has got to be the most unprofessional organization I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff lied to me about tests and test results being prepared. They lied about appointments and being able to complete assessments on time and within a reasonable time frame. I was told that because I chose to come there and was not ordered by the. Our that I was not a priority, but thanks for paying in advance. They admittedly screened their phone calls because they did not want to speak to me due to their inability to give me any answers. If you value your time, money, and sanity, please do not use this location.

This organization takes law enforcement and court contracts. Their staff is rude and unprofessional. They insist on costly unnecessary "treatment" without sound medical rationales. They are unethical and only concerned with MONEY. They were actively hostile, antagonistic and condescending toward me when I went to them and were aggressive and obsessive about money. If considering them, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The term "insurance mill" springs to mind...
