Mary Carol (she goes by Mary Carol) Strauss-Barrett was a very good counselor. She had flexible appointment hours and was willing to work with my schedule. I didn’t have a hard time getting an appointment at all. I felt at ease during my appointments. She was casual enough to make me feel comfortable, and not afraid to offer her personal perspective when I asked for it. Whenever I call and leave a message, she always get sback to me within a couple of days.
