I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
