His office was simple enough to find. He always take the time to listen to me. I know he cares about what I have to say. He didn’t rush my appointment at all; even went a bit over. I was able to say everything I needed to say. He was sympathetic to my situation. I knew that I could count on them at all times. He was very calm and understanding the entire time.

I missed an appointment due to a misunderstanding and he yelled at me and cancelled the rest of our appointments. It was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful. Prior to that I thought that my trust in him was growing but after that i do not want to go back at all.
