I have a hard time getting any of the staff's attention and when I do they don't try to be helpful. They weren't friendly at all. They were extremely rude and impolite. I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives. All their advice was completely slanted and biased. It seemed like they just wanted to make money instead of giving me advice that would actually help me. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

Dr. Shepherd has poor-record keeping skills. I had an appointment with her in January 2013. She wrote an inaccurate account in my medical records. Then accessed my medical records in May 2013 and added more inaccurate information onto the January 2013 medical note. I reported the incident to Cannon Air Force Base where the incident occurred. Because she was no longer employed there, they could / would not contact her in regards to the incident. I have no luck having my records amended.
