While the staff are great at this facility, Dr Schweikert is condescending and has absolutely no compassion. She talks down to her patient (my child) and parent. For the field she is in one would think that she would be more understanding. She keeps things very business like (which is ok) but has no compassion. Did I mention she has not one ounce of compassion? ;-)
It is a really difficult process to find someone in mental health that can truly offer assistance that actually helps. What is more horrible is paying a steep price and finding out that you feel worse than when you started out.
