Not impressed at all.

Extremely difficult to communicate with -- days went by with unanswered communications; displayed great reluctance to provide parents with results of their child's two day testing. End result of a four-figure bill and endless attempts to communicate resulted in a diagnosis of what parents could have told him over the telephone. Multiple subsequent attempts after testing to reach him have been unsuccessful -- parents finally resorted to third party to obtain needed info. "Child Whisper" indeed.
