Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They've always been very respectful and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I've heard of other psychologists doing that and I think it's so rude. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
