The office staff here are very incompetent. You will be charged for appointments you didn't make. For the appointments you do have, they will tell you they don't exist... and you will be charged later on for missing the appointment. On multiple occasions this has happened to me, and I have overheard two other clients have the same issues with the front desk. Attempting to talk to the front desk about anything related to appointments is an exercise in futility. They will screw up. Do yourself a favor and go to doctors and therapists at another practice group because Psychological and Behavioral Consultants provides a difficult and stressful experience. It's not worth it.
