The place itself is in a nice location and is very clean. However, the only problem I have with this place is quite a very important one. I have ran out of medication before and called the office many times trying to get them to authorize a new prescription to pick up at my pharmacy and they always say they will call it in and never do. Once I had to call almost about 10 times and they still kept saying they would do it and still never did. I had to drive over there with no appointment and sit and wait in the waiting room for about an hour to finally get them to authorize my medication. It is extremely dangerous, not to mention very uncomfortable to run out of meds and not be able to get any. Recently I called in before my meds ran out and its been a week now and still nothing has been authorized. I'm very disappointed.
