I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. Karen Owens is a pleasure to work with, kind compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She spends the entire session focused on my needs and I know she does the same with other clients as well. I felt sufficiently informed about choosing a treatment plan. Whenever I go, she makes me feel like I'm their only client. She always goes above and beyond. Karen always seems to make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. She always listens to and address every question or concern I may have and her counseling advice is professional and caring, focused on my needs. I have recommended her to many people and she is well respected within the counseling world, I know for I am one of them also,
