SHE IS COMPLETELY UNASUMMING, AND IS VERY VALIDATING OF YOUR CONCERNS AND YOUR NEEDS. IF I NEED REFILLS ON MEDICATIONS SHE IS MORE THAN WILLING TO CALL THEM IN WITHOUT REQUIRING THAT I SEE HER EVERY FEW MONTHS. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH NOVA! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
