This provider said some things that have shocked several subsequent providers. It wasn't until a few years later that I realized how toxic some of the things he said were. I wish I could quote them here, but don't feel comfortable doing so for anonymity reasons. Suffice to say, I brought up a sensitive event that is incredibly common for women to survive and Dr. Munroe responded in a detrimental way. He said essentially, That couldn't have happened that way. He also minimized the severity of the event by describing the ways that the event could have been worse. Yuck.

Munroe's wife, who runs the front office, was always friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
