They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They weren't the worst psychologist I've ever seen, but they definitely weren't the best. I was surprised that they could get away with that level of service and care. I wasn't overly impressed with them, but they weren't terrible. I don't think I'll recommend that any of my friends or family members go there. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
