Wow...I am just now seeing that there is a way to review this embarrassment of a healthcare "professional" (term used extremely lightly). We took our child to see him many years ago. He, David Max, had a personal issue with my husband. I am just now reading a letter he wrote to my husband after their last encounter. His last paragraph in this letter says, "...it does not surprise me that your child has problems and want to kill himself..." Folks, this person is a CHILD psychologist. I formally filed a complaint against him, hoping that perhaps he would have been stripped of his credentials. Alas, I see that he continues to practice in Florida. Absurd!!! I would not recommend David Max to your pets, much less to your beloved child/ren!!! Giving him a 1 star is giving him 1 star too many.
