I offer Individual psychotherapy/ counseling with careful, compassionate listening. We work together to explore a deeper understanding of yourself and of your relationships to others. We develop tools to help you work through and discard destructive patterns. I have worked as a therapist for over thirty years with such issues as depression, anxiety, stress, loss and grief, low self esteem, life transitions, divorce and separation, work place difficulties.
