Michael never rushed my appointment, he often let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. Michael made an extra effort to get to know me and find out what I needed. He always remembered me and made me feel very important. Michael is the most attentive, caring psychologist I've ever been to.
