I have seen Ron for a few years now and he has always been great in understanding the need to reschedule appointments and I always felt that I had 100% of his time while in office It can take a while to find the right fit and I was lucky to find Ron. He listens well and knows when to be quiet and sometimes when to ask a question or 2. I would highly suggest him.
