I have seen Jackie on and off through the years as I felt I needed counseling, she was ALWAYS there for me, one call I made to her was at 3am, and she was there to support me. Say what you want, but you won't find anybody better in this area.

During the initial (and only) appointment, she took four phone calls from family members. Proceeded to tell me very personal things about her life. Contradicted herself in statements. Would give vague responses, especially towards the end of the appointment, which made it perfectly clear that it was intentional in order to set up further appointments. Listed as a drug/alcohol counselor, but this is not her specialty and was surprised when I said that's what I had questions regarding. Wouldn't recommend in the very least.
