I would highly recommend Kris Aydt. I have been to very many therapist and they haven't helped at all. Kris challenges me to fight for my life and take responsibility for my life and choices and no longer give the power to others. Awesome person, good sense of humor, genuinely cares, a human with flaws and not afraid to share.
