Very unpleasant visit as a parent. Very rigid, unprofessional & does not follow through appropriately for sensitive & important issues involving the school system. Was not flexible at all & displayed a rude tone to office staff in front of patients in the waiting room. Stated "I have other clients to see" The only thing positive was the politeness & professionalism of the front office staff & my child stated about being happy to be able to talk to someone, but we will be searching for a professional, kind child psychologist who will better fit our needs. This is not a good choice for a child, especially for a child with sensitive issues.

My problem was that I needed this person to provide me with strategies to assist my son in being successful in the school system and give me guidance to how to communicate with the school as to his needs. She just used his diagnosis as an excuse as to why he could not do the things he needed to to be successful in life.
