Was referred for a very severe case of PTSD. While Dr Kranz did give me some coping skills, I found that she was judgmental which is very destructive to someone with CPTSD. Also, I would learn later that I was in a relationship with an NPD, which she should have identified. Instead, she made me feel guilty for the relationship rather than identifying it as a symptom of my CPTSD to be in an abusive relationship and help me learn how to separate myself from the abuser. When she stopped taking insurance, and I could not afford to pay her, she was rude and dismissive. She has presented barriers to me getting my records. I would not recommend her.
