I had a great experience withe Jefferson oaks. My therapist, Dr. Braniff was more than willing to help and was genuinely concerned about my well being. Each of the group therapists I encountered were also excellent quality and provided me with a new outlook on life and the tools to change my lifestyle. It's almost a year after my time at Jefferson Oaks and I find myself revisiting their group sessions and tips in my thoughts on a regular basis. My experience at Jefferson Oaks was overall positive. There were a few miss-communications however, nothing major. The whole staff knew my name and put full effort into my recovery.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
