They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. All their advice was completely slanted and biased. It seemed like they just wanted to make money instead of giving me advice that would actually help me. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
