I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I didn't feel safe in their care at all. I didn't trust their motives. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me.
