Mr. Huff was excellent. He understood the issues I was dealing with and asked questions to help me think about what was happening to me, thus leading me to understanding what I needed to do to rise above the stress and anxiety.

Mr. Huff's experiences, knowledge, accepting, non-judgmental and low key approach was also instrumental in helping me cope without having to depend on him telling me every session what to do to adjust and rise above the challenges. He made me feel that was capable of problem solving and knowing down the barriers that were keeping me from being whole. He did not make me feel dependent but independent.
