I would strongly recommend Dr Holman. She was amazing balance of compassionate and proactive in helping me turn my life around. I went to see her after suffering a break down. I owe my recovery to her skilled approach at handling delicate situations as well as a unique insight into understanding when it was time for me to move forward. She help me face issues that had remained hidden for most of my life. She also helped me resolve issues which I was facing on a day to day basis. In the end nothing felt too overwhelming with her careful guidance.

I would highly recommend Dr. Holman. I went to see Dr. Holman after suffering physical health issues due to stress and anxiety. She was through, understanding, compassionate, and direct, a set of qualities which I genuinely appreciate. What was most impressive of Dr. Holman was her ability to quickly narrow down and identify the core issues that were affecting me and provide a clear plan for addressing those issues. This approach was extremely effective and not only did it solve my stress and anxiety issues, it also changed the quality of my life.
